Hello everyone!
We read 20 books this week and ran ONE Tough Mudder!
I’m exhausted, and, surprised that I’m not truly sick!
We ran and walked in temps that reached the low 40’s, and were in and out of water.
Singe Singe’ll write something about it later when we get pictures developed.
He also took the liberty of writing up what we read this week.
See, we got to stay in a hotel.
Singe Singe LOVES staying in hotels, because we get to watch TV.
He LOVES Jeopardy.
Problem was, we were busy all weekend.
So no Jeopardy.
So you won’t be surprised that his reviews are a bit Jeopardy related!
Take it away, Singe Singe!

More reading this week, probably because I’ll be resting up from the Mudder and getting extra sleep. But more writing as well; getting ready for the Big Sur Writing Conference the first weekend of March!
I’m a little nervous and may need help deciding which 4 manuscripts to bring…or maybe I’ll bring six? I’m polishing them up and then maybe I’ll try to form a group…not a critique group, just a “I read it out loud and I stumbled here and I liked it or didn’t like it” group.
Ok, going to bed now.
Phew!
What is everyone reading this week?
I just realized I read NOTHING Valentine’s related 🙁
Enthusiastically yours but occasionally coughing due to the Tough Mudder,
Kathy Ellen and Singe Singe
I just got your email for week 7 — I am a week behind! Congrats on running your Tough Mudder! Great choices of picture books this week!
Thanks, Eric!
I needed a picture book week; sometimes I get WAY INTO some Middle Grade or YA and need to get back to my roots 🙂
