Book 1: Just found on the shelf. I loved this artist in Muncha Muncha Muncha! so decided I’d pick up the book.
Book 2: Just read one of her other books, so snatched up all the books I could by her! They are pretty popular, so this was the only other one I could get.
Book 3: Looking through the B’s and was surprised to find this one. And how can you not pick up a book that is titled: It’s a secret???
So, books 81-83 are:
The Class Artist by G. Brian Karas
One of those days by Amy Krouse Rosenthal, illustrated by Rebecca Doughty
and
It’s a secret by John Burningham
Up next on Reading journal, I think I’m going to do 5 books!
One that won the Caldecott award, another that lead to a series of books, another about a cute little bear, one that I remember from teaching preschool, and a novel in verse!
Yeah, I know, it’s a lot.
Someday I’ll catch up to where I really am today.
Maybe next year I can post more in real time!
