In case you need to catch up:

Donut Dash, Episode 1
Donut Dash, Episodes 2 and 3
Ok, so remember yesterday?
This bad boy!

Well feast your eyes on this!

and this!

Yup.
I was really excited.
Today I realized just what my legs could and could not do, thanks to helping my Dad move things for 5 hours!
On the can-do list:
- walking up stairs
- climbing over benches and bookshelves
- using all their force to push heavy things
- bending down and standing back up
On the can-do-but-it-hurts-a-little list:
- Going down stairs.
After helping out,
I ate subway for lunch.
One cookie, and one six inch sub.
Then, LIKE A CHAMP, I went running about 25 minutes later.
I decided to take it easy today and just run two miles.
And, guess what?
I ran two miles in:

Huzzah!
I wore an oversized shirt to kind of simulate the sumo suit, so that was a good time considering.
(For the record, I hate running in oversized clothes, or clothes with sleeves. Remember snowshoe racing? Did that in a tank top and shorts and long socks!)
I walked for 3 minutes after that, then headed to the pool.
I walked for 5 minutes,
ran for 10,
and walked for five more.
So, total for today:
- Walked for 13 minutes (10 of those in pool)
- And ran for 26 minutes, 31 seconds (10 of those in pool.)
I’m pretty excited!
Hope I feel good tomorrow!
Until then, when am I going to eat some donuts?
