Alright, on to the summer fun!
So I’m home visiting friends for 5 weeks.
And my hometown?
Not the most exciting.
It’s nice and all,
but there’s not A TON of things to do.
Some people that I’m visiting?
Children that I babysat when they were younger.
Now they’re 14 and 16 and have iphones!
What to do?
The rules:
- Must take a picture of something that begins with the letter A, then take a picture of something that begins with the letter B, and so on and so forth.
- CAN NOT go out of order.
- Picture has to be the common name of something!
- Can’t take a picture of ANYTHING on your person (no arm, toe, finger…)
- First one done WINS!
- NO going in the house (That would have made it too easy!)
We did this just on their street, in probably a four block radius.

The verdict:
Really fun!
I ended up winning BUT they claimed the yellow of the license plate is actually GOLD,
so, in reality, I didn’t win 🙁
But we all won because we had so much fun.
I’d say the whole thing took 30 minutes.
You could obviously play this WITHOUT iphones;
just have kids write down the things they find.
