Here’s the report from week six of just listening to podcasts for my commute time:
Driving this week was: Not that bad. I had one day that was sort of crazy, then one day when I was only ten minutes away from my final destination (staff meeting!)
Feeling: calm. Something about listening to someone talking while I’m driving really calms me!
